I really like the bar, which is divided into two different sections so you can watch sports among the crowds or simply mind your own business and do whatever you like. It's a sports bar, so there is no annoying loud music to tear up your eardrums. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. As a Dubai resident always looking for a pub that has the potential to become a regular spot, this place is one of them. Fast service with great choices on the menu. ———— Something strange happened: my plate was almost half eaten when a waiter asked me if I was done and if she could clean up the table. That was strange; I felt like they were about to ask me to leave. I dropped one star just because of that. show less

As someone who works in hospitality it was truly upsetting to see the respinse to our complaints about food and service. A colleague ordered the steak sandwich and after waiting for 40 mins was told that they dont serve steak sandwiches. And then three of us ordered the cod and chips in which the chips were severely undercooked, and so they were sent back only to be brought out again as undercooked. Another person got a wrong order, and another had to ask for a dip 5 times from 3 different servers. When I spoke to the Manager about this and the poor communication , the response was ‘ok, anything else?’ He then said he would comp us for the sandwich and cod and chips (the sandwich they dont serve). The server didnt take the order accurately and we were again charged for 4 portions if curly fries that were meant to be part of the meal, that she didnt hear. The response to this was to strike it off the bill and come back for the other items. Not one word of apology or understanding was said and this is a reflection of the poor hospitality. Definitely wont be going back show less

Such a shame, as it used to be a great spot. Should’ve stayed closed, although I’m sure it will be again soon. show less
